3.4 rating is way too much

They offer and sell products that they do not have in stock. Then they lie through the whole process even though they know they will not be able to fulfill the sale. Nice way to play with your money

SCAMMERS

They will tell you that the item is in stock and after 2 weeks of wait, You will be force to call them and they will just tell you its out of stock. Not reliable company, no communication what so ever BEWARE! Don't Order!

No communication, never sent my item

I purchased an item through blue dog ink for a customer of my small business. After charging my card they never sent a tracking link and did not respond to my many email inquiries. About a week later I called and they said it would go out 2 days later. Only 2 days later it still did not go out. I could not get anyone on the phone and they have not responded to my emails, again. If they don't respond tomorrow I will dispute the charge but regardless, they have wasted my time and made my business look bad to our customer because we could have purchased the item elsewhere. I will never use this organization again personally or professionally.

Horrible

They gave me false information on when my order was supposed to ship. It never came I called them, and that particular item was backlogged until they got there shipment in on Wednesday that week and it would be shipped out then well Wednesday came and went so did the week, and I didn't get my items.

Absoloutely the worst inept people

Placed and order 2/6 no communication until 2/15 telling me out of stock I cancelled the order they then said it was too late the item had magically shipped which they faked by generating a UPS labe it did no ship until 2/16 I was given tracking with a promise to deliver 2/19 never happened on 2/22 could not find unit, refused to resend another unit and did not issue a credit.

They charge you for product that doesn't ship!

Purchased a printer that was listed "in stock" on their web site. The moment I placed my order, they charged my credit card, even though they had not shipped anything. A week later, and my order still shows as "pending" even though their site claims orders ship in 24 hours. Numerous calls to their phone number just get a recorded message. Their mail address is for a UPS Store mail box in a strip mall. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company since I can't reach anyone at Bluedogink.

Dont advertise out of stock items as in stock, charge and leave the customer hanging!

This company is a scam. They advertise as items are in stock, then make every excuse on why its not and pushes back with COVID as the excuse. Sorry. Covid doesnt manage your inventory. They like to ghost you when you question them or they run out of lies to tell you.

Ordered a new HP battery from their…

Ordered a new HP battery from their website on 11/17/20. Items shows in stock. After several calls and promises from them still no product and its now 2 months later. They have already pulled the money from my account!

Buyer beware

I orderd a HP combo ink pack. My credit card was charged and a few days later, the ink arrived. In the box were 2 magenta and 2 cyan. No combo packs, no yellow. I contacted customer support and they told me HP is not manufacturing the combo packs. If that is the case, WHY are they available for purchase on the Bluedogink site? They also told me the yellow cartridges would be delivered yesterday. Still nothing....buyer beware.

Slow to act

Purchased a printer at competitive price and it was shipped very promptly. It arrived damaged and I immediately informed Bluedog Ink with pictures.
They apologized and promptly stated they will give me a return label to return it. It’s been 10 days and I interact with them daily asking for an update. They repeatedly state I should receive the shipping label very soon but I never receive it.
If you are lucky enough to receive an undamaged item then price-wise Bluedog Ink looks to be a good vendor. If it arrives damaged then you are stuck with the hassle which makes any price savings not worth it.
Happy to update my review when I receive a return shipping label.

Rip off!!

Rip off!!! They owe me $45 refund for ink I never received... have written many emails, they promise action, nothing, 3 months later!!!!!

Never got my refund

This company never shipped my product so I asked for a refund and I never received it. They never answer their phone, so I've been dealing with them over emails. I'm to the point that I will never receive anything. It has been going on since Oct 1 2020. I don't recommend them, they have been nothing but headaches. I'm done with them. If I could give them a zero star I would
